Heads up, we discuss mental health.

This week Adam Thomas joins us to chat podcasts, more specifically mental health podcasts. We also get into some science and how the brain organises visual information using Pokemon.

Adam kicks us off with his drink of choice, Ribena. Aadil starts with ‘Riding East’ from Beatnikz Republic and follows it with Burnt Mill Brewery’s ‘Rosetta Cone’. Ben begins with Release 03 ‘Simcoe’ from the Fierce single hop project brewed with Gipsy Hill, he then cracks Verdant’s ‘Wow Signal’.

Ben is like a fine wine, he spends far to much time in cellars. He deliberately developed a stutter and a slur and walks with a limp to conceal his raging alcohol problem. Once beat up a fish for looking at him funny. Ben hosts the Tanked up podcast, but we are pretty sure he isn't aware of that.
