Marvel’s Agent Carter Cancelled, Most Wanted Passed On

Marvel's most unwanted

Today is a sad day for Marvel television. ABC has decided not to renew Agent Carter for a third season. Carter struggled with ratings way back in season 1 however was given a second shot unfortunately season 2 delivered even lower ratings despite similar positive reviews to season 1. Hopefully this is not the end of Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Agent Carter is just the beginning of the woes today as Marvel’s Most Wanted has been passed on. Most Wanted would have followed Agent Bobbi Morse (Adrianne Palicki) and Lance Hunter (Nick Blood) on the run as former spies with a bounty on their heads, the series would serve as a spin off for Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

With two expected but still disappointing news stories the silver lining  is that we may see the duo return to Shield although nothing is confirmed as of yet. Marvels Agents of Shield has been renewed for a fourth season, keep tuned to Out of Lives for all things Marvel.
