New Minecraft Modes Including Dedicated Servers!

Minecraft was at the Microsoft E3 conference today, they have revealed the details of their new ‘FRIENDLY UPDATE’.

More importantly they have announced dedicated server and cross play. This means that players on Xbox can play with all versions of the game including the Android and IOS versions and now you can even play with friends in VR.

Dedicated servers will let you host your own worlds and share them with your friends, So if you want to play with friends and work together on building worlds you no longer have to be online at the same time.Add-ons are also coming which you can use to mod vanilla assets such as zombies into something different like aliens and other options.

There will also be texture packs available to the mobile versions of the game.
