Tanked Up 152 – A Philosophical Ca(t)meo(w)

and a few puzzle games

Lucy returns to join Ben and Aadil as we get heavy from the off, discussing philosophy and video games. Talk moves to pub trips, Weatherspoons and the ageing demographic of pub goers. We finish on some puzzle games including the New York Times Crossword, Golf Peaks and G30 rounding out the episode with a small chat on Crackdown 3 and Saints Row.

For beers this week Aadil is still picking from the Beer52 Korea box drinking Wild Waves Brown Porter and ‘Seongsu-dong’ Pale ale from Amazing Brewing. Lucy starts with a Beer52 Boston box beer in the Harpoon ‘Dark’ Dunkel and takes a trip to Bristol with Left Handed Giant ‘Life Without Oxygen’ Barley Wine. Ben begins with the ’01 – Citra’ a Juicy IPA collaboration from Fierce and Verdant then swaps cities with Lucy for a ‘Dagger Dagger’ DIPA from Dig Brew Co.

Ben is like a fine wine, he spends far to much time in cellars. He deliberately developed a stutter and a slur and walks with a limp to conceal his raging alcohol problem. Once beat up a fish for looking at him funny. Ben hosts the Tanked up podcast, but we are pretty sure he isn't aware of that.
