Destiny Expansion Leaked

Rise Of Iron!

Destinys next expansion appears to have leaked thanks to some Marketing materials, it looks like the next pack will be called ‘Rise of Iron’.

A  poster displaying Lord Saladan with a mighty hammer sprung up on Reddit and sent the Destiny fans wild with speculations. Lord Saladen, for those that don’t know, is the NPC associated with the Iron Banner PvP. Now Sources close to Kotaku have confirmed its authenticity, claiming that the expansion will feature a new fallen-themed raid and will be “larger than both year-one DLC packs”. The new raid is apparently “loosely based” on Fallen-themed one, that was part of the the House of Wolves DLC that was binned.

Bungie and Activision have already confirmed that DLC will drop this year, and judging by the studios usual release pattern we can pencil this in for a September release.

This is still a rumor at the time of writing but we will keep you updated if we learn anymore.

    Colour me extremely intrigued.

I thought they weren’t going to release anything this year because “Destiny 2” had been delayed into next year?

    That’s certianly true.

I like the sound of a Fallen themed raid… just so long as it doesn’t have Ark burn on lol
